We are looking for an awesome and energetic after-school nanny to care for our two amazing twin 7-year-old boys, Wes and Judah. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Pick up the children from school and safely transport them home or to after-school activities as needed
Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children
Assist with homework and ensure it is completed accurately and on time
Engage the children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to support their development
Maintain a structured and consistent routine for the children, including outdoor playtime and quiet time
Provide timely communication with parents about the children's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns
Adhere to family rules and guidelines regarding screen time, bedtime routines, and any other household-specific policies
Occasionally provide evening or weekend babysitting services, as agreed upon in advance
WHO YOU ARE
At least 1 year of experience in childcare, preferably with school-aged children
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation and up-to-date auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and provide references from previous employers
First aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for children
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
WHAT YOU’LL GET
competitive hourly wage between $14 and $18, depending on experience
Semi-annual performance-based bonus
